No appointments on Sunday or Mondays
I check my phone throughout the day but I am also doing phone consultations and in-person mobile treatments: I do not see clients on Mondays but check messages and return phone calls usually late afternoon/early evening, Tuesday – Friday 10am-6pm, and on Saturday my office hours vary.

It is only me so it may take up to 48 hours for me to return a phone call if it is not urgent but texts I can usually respond to by the end of the day unless these fall over the weekend. I will call you as soon as I am able. I turn my business phone off Saturday afternoon till Monday ~ 4 or 5pm and all the other days at 7pm so if there is an emergency, please don’t hesitate to bring your pet to your regular veterinarian or emergency clinic. I encourage you to still let me know and I will respond if I can.
